1) Today I brought in some lilacs and some pink lily-of-the-valley to have in the parlor; they look best there against the pale blue walls. Their wonderful smell has now been obliterated by all the garlic in my dinner.
2) Instead of going to the office, I did end up working from home today, and happily that was productive. I'm nowhere near becoming a recluse, but I do love to be in my house.
