1) I just saw a photo captioned “Black mango foliage,” and I thought “That’d be a fabulous name for a band.”
2) Pre-Christmas panic has officially set in. Three days left in the office, much of which will be meetings. I haven’t finished my Christmas letter (and therefore haven’t even pretended to get my cards out). My shopping is far from done. I never entertain at Christmastime, but this year I’ve unaccountably broken my unbreakable rule to have a few friends over tonight. I’d scream, but I’m too sleepy. :-)
