1) As Grace Kelly memorably said in Rear Window, "Something something the last two weeks of L.B. Jeffries in a cast." That's going to become my euphemism for the Roommate's move, which should be complete two weeks from yesterday.
2) The best and worst thing about my new coffeemaker is that it shuts off automatically after two hours. It's the best thing on weekdays because, oddly, a morning commute anxiety is sometimes "OMG, did I forget to turn off the coffeemaker?" It's the worst thing on weekends when I'm home all day, am ready for the last cup in the pot, and it's tepid. #firstworldproblems
